Jady King | President, CEO

As the founder of King Industries Corporation (KIC), Jady King has been managing projects and construction professionally since graduating New Mexico State University in 2005. Early in his career he was contracted to design and manage aircraft components from concept to production. Producing these components involved not only designing, but also managing schedules and budgets while coordinating with all other engineering disciplines. Several years later, Mr. King was asked to manage the Lockheed production team's Kaizen group to drive efficiencies and promote continuous improvements throughout the organization. 

As the primary liaison for all KIC subsidiary companies, Jady facilitates all aspects of KIC projects, creating a work atmosphere oriented to each specific client by ensuring all members of KIC’s project management team stay on task, on time, on budget, and in touch.

With a broad range of project management experience, from aircraft design and manufacturing to project development of FEMA and emergency declarations, Mr. King supervises both the technical and administrative execution of every KIC project. As CEO, Jady embodies full ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget, providing the engineering focus required for developing long-term, value-driven solutions for each KIC client.

Mr. King maintains strong rapport with leading outside partners including but not limited to: NMDHSEM, USACE, SHPPO, NMED, and FEMA. He facilitates program meetings and brainstorming sessions for properly assessing and tracking the daily progress of each KIC project, while also planning and estimating associated costs and schedules.

Jady’s overall engineering and project management experience is the cornerstone of every KIC project, while he continuously assists communities and stakeholders with developing, funding, management, completion, and closeout of their infrastructure and environmental initiatives.


Patrick Kennedy | CFO

Patrick is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of King Industries Corporation (KIC) and is responsible for the executive oversight of finances and operations for all KIC subsidiary companies. With KIC since 2016, Mr. Kennedy has worked closely with CEO Jady King to formally establish the corporation’s multiple holdings, which include not only KIC’s primary project management and disaster recovery operations, but also KIC Resources, King Aeronautics, and KIC Development.

In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Kennedy is the lead project financial consultant for KIC, providing assistance in project reconciliation, expense review, audits, and budget compilation/review. His proven skills in construction accounting, forensic accounting, internal audits, tax preparation and financial statement compilation are an invaluable resource for KIC clients, and help provide the company’s project management services the winning edge over many competing firms.

Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years experience in various industries including commercial, government, not-for profit and private sector. Mr. Kennedy has extensive experience auditing governmental entities including county and municipal governments, tribal governments, and other governmental business enterprises. His considerable experience performing single audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133, encourages sound financial management implementing effective internal controls.


KENNY STAHL | COO/Chief estimator

Kenny Stahl joined the King Industries team in 2015 as the company’s designated Project Construction Manager. He was responsible for managing the construction and engineering aspects of all phases throughout each project. Since that time, Mr. Stahl’s exceptional performance gave rise to the evolution of his position from fieldwork to Corporate Controller to Chief Operation Officer assisting our CFO and CEO with project-level financials, helping with oversight and maintenance of internal teams, projects and initiatives as KIC continues to experience phenomenal growth. 

With his experience in management, logisics, and oversight, Mr. Stahl brings a wide range of knowledge and ability managing teams at King Industries. Kenny possesses proven expertise in planning, preparation, execution, and follow-through in order to reach both final and immediate goals at the corporate and project-levels. Over the years, Mr. Stahl has demonstrated steadfast ability to adapt to constantly changing industry and market conditions. 

Some past King Industries projects under Kenny’s command include: 

Sierra County Animas Creek Project-
Managed the construction of 10 lower water crossings including engineering, surveying, permitting, and installing an articulated concrete cable mat. This was a $500,000 project that came in on schedule and under budget.

Dillahunty Road-
Managed the engineering, surveying, testing, and installation of approximately 250,000 cubic yards of material over a 14-mile span. This was a $9.5 million 18 month project that was completed on schedule and on budget. This included the installation of a triaxial geogrid between seceral lifts of material raising the facility over two feet in elevation and placing a double penetration chip seal.

Harroun Bridge-
Managed the engineering surveying, testing, and construction of a two lane 75’ steel span bridge over the Pecos River. This was a $2 million dollar project that came in under budget.

Innsbrook Resevoir Resconstruction-
Managed daily operations of this reservoir reconstruction project removing 50,000 yards of material to deepen the resevoir over 12’. This was a $430,000 project that came in on time and on budget.

Randall Camp | Senior Project Manager

Randall Camp is a highly creative, goal-oriented engineer with solid public and private executive management experience. Mr. Camp is a proven leader with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines, and possesses over 20 years of increasing responsibility in construction project management, operations, management and maintenance. Randall has extensive regulatory background characterized by safety and environmental compliance. 

Randall’s areas of strength include management and engineering, capital projects, construction management, utility management, maintenance, regulatory compliance, water and wastewater, public relations, disaster management and environmental compliance. Mr. Camp holds a BS in Civil Engineering obtained in 1989 from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Some of Randall’s professional accomplishments include (but are not limited to): 

·      Restructured Public Works Departments to provide cross-departmental support resulting in reduced manpower and equipment requirements while increasing productivity;

·      Owner’s representative on the design and construction of a 40-million dollar regional wastewater treatment plant designed to meet the most stringent discharge permit in the nation;

·      Responsible for the outfitting, staffing, shipment, erection and start-up of a hazardous waste incinerator in Jubail, Saudi Arabia as part of the Gulf War cleanup. Developed methods for plant installation and operation under fast track and adverse conditions;

·      Directed emergency recovery operations and rescue for the 2008 Hurricane Dolly flood, coordinating extensively with FEMA and DHS. Designed and constructed emergency bridge to rescue approximately 500 trapped people.


TERRY AGUILAR | INTERIM GENERAL COUNSEL & SENIOR PM

Terry Aguilar is a tribal member of the Pueblo de San Ildefonso, an attorney and prior Governor of the Pueblo.  

Mr. Aguilar graduated high school from the St. Catherine Indian School in Santa Fe, N.M.   He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm during the first Gulf War. After three years in the armed forces, he enrolled at UNM and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.  

As an undergraduate, Terry interned for Senator Jeff Bingaman in his Washington, D.C. office and for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe in Washington, D.C. At the age of 25, he was appointed as Lieutenant Governor for the Pueblo of San Ildefonso followed by an appointment as Governor for the Pueblo De San Ildefonso.  After serving another two years as Lieutenant Governor, he held executive management positions as the Director of the New Mexico Office of Indian Affairs and the Executive Director for the Eight Northern Indian Pueblos Council, Inc.  Mr. Aguilar then attended law school at the University of New Mexico in 2006.   

Mr. Aguilar earned his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law where his focus was on Pueblo Indian law.He and his wife currently reside in Santa Fe with their two daughters.
